Leasing-only contracts are available for all property types, for owners who prefer to self-manage. Full-service management is offered exclusively to single-family residences — there are no multi-family buildings in our portfolio, and that is how it will remain. Our focus will always be on you, your tenants, and the particular needs of your property.

Monthly & leasing fees

We specialize in the management and leasing of single-family residences throughout the greater Los Angeles area — including Pasadena, parts of the San Fernando Valley, and south to Long Beach. We welcome the opportunity to discuss your property's needs and the strategies we may implement to manage it well.

Management From $225/mo Flat monthly rate on a sliding scale determined by rent amount — $225/mo for houses with rents up to $3,500.

Leasing 6% Of the first year's gross rent; a 12-month lease is standard. Leasing fees are negotiable.

Please note: we are not taking on condominium units for management at this time — however, we would be happy to assist with leasing.
