Leasing-only contracts are available for every property type, for owners who prefer to self-manage. Full-service management is offered exclusively to single-family residences — there are no multi-family buildings in our portfolio, and that is how it will remain.
Fees
Flat monthly management on a sliding scale by rent, from $225/mo for houses renting up to $3,500. Leasing fee is 6% of the first year's gross rent on a standard 12-month lease.
